CANCELLATION POLICY
Be advised! A Card on file is required for all appointments. There is a 30% cancellation fee for any same day or cancellations less than 24 hours of appointment. Clients who no-show/no call for appointments will not be able to schedule future appointments at Serenity Skin Therapy. At Serenity Skin Therapy, health and safety is our top priority. The 30% cancellation fee policy does not apply to Inclement Weather (snow and ice) and Positive Covid-19 clients. In this instance, your deposit will be held for a future appointment.
